1. General information
Information on this website is provided for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, water testing, manufacturer instructions or professional advice tailored to a particular pool.
2. No remote diagnosis
Descriptions, images and the pool problem finder cannot establish a definitive cause of green water, cloudy water, water loss, equipment noise or other symptoms.
3. Pool and chemical safety
Do not mix pool chemicals. Follow product labels and equipment manuals. Keep people out of water until it has been properly assessed and confirmed safe. Electrical, gas, structural and other hazardous work should be handled by appropriately qualified professionals.
4. Estimates and availability
Any indicative service description or estimate is subject to location, inspection, access, pool condition, parts and agreed scope. No price, response time, outcome or availability is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
5. Third-party links and images
Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Stock or illustrative photographs may not depict actual Pooldodi projects, staff, equipment or service locations.
6. Results and testimonials
Past outcomes do not guarantee identical results for another pool. Any published review, case study, credential or performance claim should be genuine, substantiated and used with appropriate permission.
7. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the business disclaims responsibility for reliance on general website information. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
